Original Blender project before applying any modifiers.
You can use it as you wish, for any purpose, modifying it or not.
Please note that at this stage, some work is required if you want to prepare the model for 3D printing. Furthermore, it is possible to use it for other purposes such as animation or avatar creation if you are willing to perform the necessary procedures like retopology, UV mapping, texturing, etc (removing modifiers already gives a good base to work with).
Simplify is enabled on Render tab, most of the model uses subdivision, so remember to adjust it to your needs.
